I have a full grid, except 12Ac and 42 Ac, with a good answer for 27Ac but I can't see how "potter" comes into it.

I have 5 clashes, which don't seem to spell anything interesting. Does "reading downwards" mean we take them row by row- so what if there are more than one in a row?

Known as "Father of British Studio Pottery". Only 4 clashes. Separate rows.

I have at least 5 clashes, and only one of them has the correct option for the British potter, in the 5th letter of his name. Other site says only 4 clashes. I'm very puzzled!!
