I've completed but the parsing of 23A and 25A/2A , where the solutions are obvious, defeat me. Any hints welcome.
23A City, capital city becoming nothing in endless chaos. (10). .e.r.p.l.s
25A/2A. It's rich to serve rum and coke up! (5/4).p.u.d/.a.e

23 4 letter word for chaos, with the last letter dropped, around a Mediterranean capital with I changed to O

25 anagram ("rum") AND COKE UP
