All done - just as well ... since the next Jumbo is here! But I'd like to know (just to satisfy myself) why 23a "Evidence of failure, to doctors?" is TOMBS. I get the "to MBs" (that is, doctors) in the middle. But tombs ...? An evidence of failure, presumably, to remain alive?

The doctors' failures end up dead, in the tombs? If they'd been cured, the patients would still be alive.

Presumably if the patient dies the doctor has failed.
