I've finished this unexpected alphabetical, but two I don't quite understand,

F Seven ducks; therefore ____ ____, making 80 (4,5)
FOUR SCORE? Why seven ducks?

G Eco-friendly domestic cockpit (10)
GREENHOUSE? Why cockpit?

Chambers gives 'cockpit of an aircraft' as one meaning of Greenhouse.

Maybe a cricket reference, Chris?
four score, seven duck?

Re F... I know nothing about cricket, but if there are 11 batsmen, and only four of them score/get on the scoreboard, the other seven must have been out for nothing, out for a duck?
