Mrs English repeatedly ignored by Courier and and Herald? (6)

Hermes? A courier/delivery company and a Herald, messenger.

her messenger with eng ignored could be part of the parse ??

I had thought of hermes for 8d but that conflicts with the s from sunshade (shunsade) in 11a
