There are just the two clues that have me by the short and curlies at the moment, and they are:-
6 Down - "Revealing cut oddly drew volunteers into
part of university" (11) N-C-L-E-A-E
44 Ac. - "Commission new computing equipment
to be sure of success" (4,2,4) -A-E IT -A-E
No doubt the IT bit will take care of the computing
equipment, but I cannot see the overall end result.

44 Have It Made, to be sure of success - Have IT Made.

6 Decolletage, revealing. TA/volunteers, college and DrEw (oddly drew).
