Been a real whatsit, but finally completed it. Just cannot fully parse these two:-
39 Ac. - "Hope, when irrational, touching". (ASPIRE)
50 Ac. - "In which nuclear items can be built with one's
hands". (HAPPY FAMILIES)
I see the connection with "hands" to the card
game, but where does "nuclear items" come
into the reckoning?

39 As = when, Pi = irrational (number, 3,,,, whatever it is!) Re = Touching.

'Nuclear family' is in Chambers, a basic family unit consisting of a mother, father and their children.
