26a Sounds from clutch perturbed 8 (6)
I have: Cherps
21a Outside shopping centre, deal in weak drink (5,3)
I have: Small ale

all look ok except

26a Cheeps - speech anag

8d yes, a bit of a weak clue i thought but 26a confirmed it which made it excusable,
2d is written in the clue
26a anagram
21a mall in sale, i've heard it called small beer more often.

clutch refers to, eg, clutch of hens.

8d is also referenced in 19d and 24a.

i missed that. maybe 6d too?
