Yes, IT has A with NAIL (clout) turned up- good one!

I'm stuck in far top right: 10d would help: "Rover's not at all rabid"(5)

I don't think the 'No' is really Scottish, it's just that I am! I think No can equal Not at all anyway - I've just checked that and it's in Chambers.
