Can anyone help with the parsing for this...

21d Force out apartments to steal, turning up in juvenile prison (7) - BORSTAL (Juvenile prison)

Also,

4d Stop old women's grant (5) - ENDOW (Grant)

It looks like 'Stop' = END + OW which I presume is an abbreviation for 'Old Women' - Is that right, and is there a definitive source for accepted abbreviations?

flats rob - no F - backwards.

i think taken separately O for old and then, W for Woman seems OK?
