I think the famous boxer is Conte, as in Tom Conte, which gives CON???ATE, but l still can't see it!

Cooperate, work hand in glove. Cooper is the boxer and Ate is 'had'.

Rozbogs, glad I could help. I've never heard of 'Tom Conte' the boxer, but I think there was one called John Conteh, I've heard of Tom Conti, the actor.

John Conteh was the boxer.
