22 across: Bird that's most important we heard. (4)

I've got: - I - E or - I - I (depending on whether 19 down is EJECTOR OR EVICTOR)

The only birds I can think of that fit are KITE or KIWI and neither of them sound like "most important".

Advice would be appreciated!
