Nearly finished but stuck in top left hand corner 11a. Always 111? (7) a little clue would be appreciated!

What letters do you have?

E?A???? sorry should have remembered that!

Think 100 and 11 . Toffees might help a bit too.

3d Definition is inconsistent . These were my last in too .

Also, I can't parse 3d (though I'm 100% sure I have entered the right solution).

Finally, I once came across 11ac as "XI ay 100", or something like that, in an old Guardian crossword. Nice clue
