Whether it's the way that my copy of the paper has been printed/folded but I can't find a clue for 51d!!!! Can someone tell me what it is please?

I don't have the clue either. It could be RADON

R?D?N could be a number of words. The only person who knows the clue for 51down, and therefore the correct answer, is the one who set the crossword.
