13a...Pipe feature, a sort of bend in it...?A?C?T
FAUCET ? I know this is what Americans call a tap but I can't really parse this properly.

52 anagram IN DUET, def. "one" (as in "we are one on this")

13 U-bend in FACET (feature) - don't see it as a pipe though. Perhaps it is "pipe feature" and the facet is "sort"? Not convinced by this either.

Pipe feature = def
A facet = one side of something or a kind of something= sort of something? (bit weak but just OK?)
Bend = U
