GOT acquired, OT books, ALL everything - don't know about the HEB - may be wrong

GO TO THE WALL means "founder" - HEW could be fashion (HEWN is fashioned).

15 I thought it was Go To The Wall as in founder, sink. Got/acquired + OT/Old Testament+ Hew/fashion + All/everything.

15ac must be 'all' on 'hew' (fashion).
