Thank you. I have been trying to do The Times crossword for many years, but in discernment of the constituent lettering of anagrams my mind is not always well-organised enough.

I had made a mistake with the down clue, 32, 'Absent-minded person's concern about the British weather at times', (12), now ?E?T?E?B?I?N. I had put SCATTERBRAIN. What should it be?
