Just need to tidy-up the last clues....26a Brothers about protecting river in Croatian region (8).... I presume a region could be the answer.. ie. Sardinia or similar in which case I have 16d wrong as runs away ( When turning up in parts of runway takes flight )......ould be runs awry I suppose. In any event needs tidying.. Thanks in advance
