The letters of BOTHER are in there but that leaves OMINE - I can see how Boy might be 'O My' but not O Mine, so is there something else going on?

37a. Congregation learning about trifle (8) - FALDEROL or FOLDERAL (Trifle)

I have no idea what's happening here.

22d. Wise, so to speak, to bury criminal beheaded for anti-social behaviour (7) - YOBBERY (Anti-scocial behaviour)

For the first clue, there was a people known as REMI + T(ake), but would be 'Do followers'?
