I found this very difficult final two:

15 ac. Clue Glider in flight: how Berlin was once supplied, by the way 9 letters. s-a-r-i-l

46 down not sure about this one I have Fettes as in the school. School fine: I will turn up shortly six letters -e-t-s

15ac The only answer I could find was STAIRLIFT

46d I had FETTES as well.

Hope they're both right!

15 Airlift is how Berlin was once supplied (after the war) and St is Street, way. Stairlift is the glider in flight.

Thanks I see it now I had ablest but aptest fits better and I will go with Fettes. One of the hardest for a while
