Man is TED
Put together is SUSPECTED = fancied

Your letter C in 41 Down is obviously wrong. The answer to 56 Across is SHEA NUT - an anagram of EU hasn't that gives the correct letter N in Arlington

Yes, I've got that now. Wasn't happy with the c but one mistake leads to another.......and my parsing is often hazy at best!
