I would appreciate some help with 22 down: Hindu god against breaking 18 days of mourning (5). I have S?I?A and suspect that the answer is Shiva, a Hindu god. Also v could be against and 18 may refer to 18 across Muslim. But where are the days of mourning? I am clearly missing something here. Any help gladly received.

Shia is the Muslim , V is against.
