It is someone from a country in south west africa.
The two "articles" are at each end of the word

Rather than knowing all the ports in Asia you needed to recognise the anagram indicators.

I realised Mamya that an anagram was the clue to 12a..but I still needed an atlas.!

I used an anagram solver, I can't read my Atlas.

Please Mamya, didn't think for one minute you were being 'rude'..! I couldn't work out the anagram ..and MY 'solver' didn't help.! Never 'eard of the port either..! Sigh..!
Does anyone attempt the wordfinder these days..?
