The answer is 'origami = Japanese art?
I can see 'giro' backwards, but not the rest?
Please could someone explain the parsing?

14A: Writing material for poets never containing drivel (9)

Answer is 'notepaper' = writing material?
I've got as far as.....
pap= drivel
ne'er= Poet's never
but where does the 'ot' come from?

Usually OT means Old Testament- unless OT means 'writing' and Notepaper is just 'material?
Is that it?
Help needed please!

Rift's for split's? I would never have got that as I hadn't heard of a drift sail!
Thank you!
