Hi everybody

Blimey this is hard.

I can't get a foothold. I have a lot of bottom downs but few in the too and the crosses elude me.

Can some kind souls help me with 1, 3, 6 and 10d the misprint ones.


Also some help on a few across ones and positions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
The first across clues are the ones that begin "repeatedly do Hamlet". The second clue is first.

Misprints in 1, 3, 6 and 10 are N, C, I and O respectively. Although I never actually worked out where the " i " came from!

I'm finished now, but it was a real struggle. Happy to help more if that doesn't get you moving!

Grid all filled and have the words from down and across clues.

Can't work out the highlighting help!!

It probably helps if you are quite old; the advice, pertinent (and recorded in song) would not be given by a parent today.

I thought it was something like that. I fear it's before my time. Do synonyms of the across and down clues appear in the song title?

Not in straight lines which is why it's not obvious.
