17 ac, 'Footballer from abroad ditched by TV channel', (7,4): 'Outside left', but I cannot parse 'TV channel'.

Abroad- Out
TV Channel - Side
Ditched - Left

Happy to be corrected if it is wrong-we always say 'what side is it on?' when referring to TV Programmes.

Yes agree it is Outside left. We used to say "what's on the other side? " referring to ITV when there was BBC1 only. I haven't heard the word "side" used recently in respect of TV channels since there are so many channels but I agree with parsing.
