2nd N wrong i 4d, I think

.... receiver?

How do you get the WIDE, jazzy?

WIDE is "extra" in the clue - as in cricket

......could be PASS RECEIVER if it's the E wrong rather than the A?

No indication of foreign sport, though - is that fair?

Thanks Chrise and Jazzy, not very straight-forward this week and some of the clues were awful, ah well!

ChrisE sorry for not replying to your post. I am on iPad and away from home. My adblock is intermittent and I am fighting off flashing ads all over the screen. A Meerkat Movies flashing ad takes over the whole screen every 2 or 3 minutes. Very unpleasant !
