I don't really understand/see that Dust = Uncleaned. Dusty= uncleaned, but just 'dust'? I thought the 'medal' would be MM/Military Medal, but that would leave Diest. Can anyone explain?

Malone, Chambers gives "dust" as, "debased or shabby condition".
