Oh!
Very good!
I have just sailed between Scotland and Ireland.
I like travelling with Stena!

Have you been to Poole recently, Jazzy?
We haven't been that way for quite a while.
Any changes? Is the chain ferry still functioning?

The helm?
No, I dont think there are helms on the Stena ships.
A very modern control room.
I usually sit down near the bar.
There is one rough part half way across and the cap'n tells everyone to sit down until we get through it.

Not for some time Elle. Hoping to get down there soon. Yes, the chain ferry is still going strong. It just closes for a while in the Winter while it has its annual overhaul.

The Poole/Wareham drive is around 25 miles return, as we used to read it on our car's data.

I was thinking one way - as we used to go from Poole to Swanage - so 10 miles was a reasonable estimate. Very inconvenient for commuters though and for the local bus!
