I had lunch out, too!
There was a hot dog stand at B&Q and I had a bacon roll.
This could be my last post.
I can not access the forum on tablet or Chromebook.
It tells me I am banned.
For what I have no idea.
Maybe a glitch somewhere.
Anyway, this is from my 'phone but it uses up too much mobile data and I do not think I will be using it again.

Hi Rusty, how bizarre that you're banned! I think/hope it's just a glitch of some sort. If you don't post anything by the morning, I think I will drop Norah a quick line. PS This post is also a means of testing... I'm making sure I'm still able to post.

As you say, I should think there has just been a glitch...!
I had this happen to me one day, and I logged off and then on again, and all was well and I was then "accepted"!
Are you able to email Norah? Is that contact working?
In case it isn't, I will email her and tell her the problem you are having...and that somehow you have become "banned"!
I am sure she will soon be able to sort it out for you!

I replied to Ash's banning statement, querying it.
I got an automated reply saying he is on holiday until the 30th.
I have Emailed Norah but no response so far.
Today, I posted to you, Elle, tackled some Malone Times clues, and reported a spammer.
So, I am a tad puzzled as to a ban!
Maybe Norah can enlighten me!

You were doing sterling work this morning, Rusty - nothing worthy of banning. I hope it gets sorted soon. I know Norah was away on holiday, so she's maybe still catching up from that.

Just my thought, Rusty, if I may ...
Maybe when you reported the spammer, Norah banned your ISP along with the spammer, or instead of the spammer !
That is why you can only access on a phone where your ISP
may not not available ?

Cerasus, you could be right in that I banned Rusty by mistake but I was extremely puzzled as to how he posted on his phone. I don’t DO technical in any shape or form but it has just registered in my simple brain that what you say could be correct, 3G or 4G won’t use an IP number to access the site.

Hmm, perhaps we are giving secrets away but I doubt the spammers read any of the posts, most of them will be automated gubbins.

I suppose you could delete my post (and yours) a little later when things have been sorted ?

I think we are safe enough on Page 2258 of a thread, so don’t worry Cerasus. Hopefully I have just unbanned Rusty so things should be back to normal.
