Yes, quite enjoyable.
5a - shame on you. It jumped out at me as I was printing.
My last ones were 1a & 1h, crucial lights, but the crosses at the Z & Q gave a good start.

Thanks syzygy, very enjoyable with some clever economical construction...Ring 2 got me started, hadn't heard of R1h before, it seems to rely on an abbreviation I haven't come across...from US sport maybe?

Ten cups (XC) in synonym for swine, and answer is term for two sixes in roll of dice.

Thanks Aristo, it was the c=cups I didn't get..I see from WikiP it's sometimes used as an abbreviation for cup(volume)

1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
3 c. flour

It's always used in recipes over here. :)

Not sure about UK...mind you I am a stranger to cook books!

Oh, and 2 c. rum- but consume separately.

I'm sure you use those Continental measurements. We're still stuck on feet and miles and gallons.

I've seen you use D as a cup measurement in your clues.
