Last one , 34 ac "Plus or minus eleven in Alsace, near old borders. (3,4) I have n-n -e-o. I think onze is the eleven but this would result in "non zero" . Can this be right?

Spot on, onze (11 in Alsace) within nr (near) + o (old). Any value positive or negative that is not zero.
