Have got 7 of the 8 themed answers but am struggling with bottom half as follows:

24a "Order: eyes left? right? whichever way you like?" (9). I've got F - E - - - E - -
I'm assuming the answer is FREEWHEEL but that then leaves me struggling with 25d "Offspring's letters returned" (4) W - E -
and 22d "Understand revolutionary interrupting revolutionary" (6) C - L - S -
Also, despite earlier post still don't get 27d "unspecified ordinal number restricted by obsolete letter" (4) E - T -
Hoping someone can help put me out of my misery

24a is an anagram - "order" is the anagram indicator

Forgot to say, the second E is incorrect for 24a.

22d is a themed clue

I've now got 22d but am still a bit confused on 24a if you're saying the second e is wrong as I this would make FREESTYLE wrong.

Also still struggling with 27d E - T - #

Could offsprings letters returned be Seed? (dees?)
Enth is an unspecified number (as in nth) and is n inside the old English letter eth?

Freestyle is correct - I meant the second E from the letters you had supplied

Enth doesn't appear in my 11th Ed Chambers or anywhere online as far as I can see...it does seem to be the only plausible answer however.

...ah, I see from ab's post in another thread that it may appear in later editions of Chambers.
