Stuck on last two;

7d "Fifty percent of cattle found down here here in coping situation" (3,2,3)

I've got O - E - - - -W - and am assuming the answer's ONE IN TWO , but can't parse it

Also 12a "Reverse into parking? Unspeakably tight (4)

I've got - N - G and, assuming 7d is right, am assuming answer's SNUG, but again can't parse.

Any help greatly appreciated

I put in ONE IN TWO without realising I hadn't parsed it.

SNUG is a reverse hidden
