If anyone is doing the Brain Games prize crossword in the Telegraph which is missing one clue and a complete Horlicks of 11 down I would be grateful for a suggestion for the answer to these - Thanks

11 down seems to be PRIVATE MEMBER.

56 across is SWINGLETREE or TWINKLE-TOED.....or TWINKLETOES......

I agree this was very annoying plus other than Tony Bennett I have no idea who the people in the picture are! I have all the letters, but still no idea, any help please
