end of November rusty

A long way off!

There have been two previous threads from posters asking for answers to clues for this Rainbow Quiz.
Both Mamya and rossim told the competitors that it was far too early to be asking for help, seeing that the closing date wasn't until the end of November..

I have read on these pages that it is a very entertaining quiz.
Hope it continues to do well.

The setter has made the clue very solvable.

betty - google 'cut off loop of river' and read about it under Wiki. You'll find every part of the clue is answered.
