Haven't solved enough clues to know what's going on in this crossword yet - can someone please give some help about the quotation/ how the answers should be entered.

I disagree with kilgore -- everything should be entered left-ti-right, ie in the normal direction.

Mine entered backwards too, including the author of the quote??

I went with Jim360 otherwise the quote cannot start in the top left-hand corner but you pay your money and take yor choice.
