Hi norah and ash
I've copied this from another thread, in case you don't see it.

When I clicked on the "star" thread I got to 404 error and this appeared in the address bar

Deleting everything after the last slash and pressing Return took me correctly to the thread.

Thanks jazzy - I saw that, but I thought that what I had found might throw new light on the problem.
