Errrm, yes you have. Didn't manage to get one today, so I won't be doing it until tomorrow afternoon.

Yes, it's a very easy one this week. Forty minutes is quite generous. The setter has almost managed to make 8A and 14D anagrams of each other. With only one different letter, a slight change to the clue for 8A would have made it possible. My favourite clue is a toss up between Philips choice and the very easy:

18A Not enough if Unicef isn't involved (12)

Well you do have to be of a certain age to remember his performances and the country isn't really a country but an Emirate and is hidden in the clue.

Ive actually been there a couple of times and it is an independent country. However, your clue should help if one concentrates on the "back"
