Arg struggling with the theme on this one people!! Have got 4d and 9a as one pair of the four undefined ones- but can't get any further with the others!! Any help greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance.

I'm sorry, befthewalrus - I completely fail to see how I might have given offence - but I apologise anyway, just in case.

Also sorry- had seen previous hint to ISIHAC but still couldn't get anywhere as not familiar with show and got frustrated. Got it now thanks, shouldn't have snarled, apologies.
