I wonder if clues 1d and 2d are wrong. 1d is "be indecisive" (6) and I have p?t/// and clue 2d is "diving seabird" and I have p?r?????t. If they were switched, PETREL would fit for 1d, but I'd still be stuck for 2d.

Help please?

I was wrong about that p... the answer across is DUCT but I had PIPE, so it confused everything. I've now got 1d as DITHER and 2d as CORMORANT. But the only one I can't get now is 6d "one or the other". I have E?E?E?. Can you help with that one?
