just started happily, thought this is easy, but immediately out of my depth and stuck:
is 2 down 24 across not 'blue moon'?
(rare phenomenon, very rare to idle about: 4,4)
then, is 22 across 10 across not 'more is less'?
(Moliere requires three seconds to contrive a comparatively oxymoronic theatrical cliche: 4,2,4)
but they don't fit the blue and the less share a final space! please help! thanks very much indeed!

LESS IS MORE rather than "more is less".

BLUE = "very rare" (as in steak); MOON = "idle about"
