did you get 16 down & 31 Across in the Irish Times Christmas Crosaire?

"One knows they're there but Antrim is not one of them"(5)
?NTR?

Also can someone explain why the answer to 31 across is Wait? (I thought it might be Waft?)

"More than one such may come to your door with 30across and hang around there" (4) (30 across is carol)

'Waits" are Christmas carol-singers who go roun d at night according to my old Pocket Oxford.

could the answer to 16 across be Antre? as this is a cavity in the nose but what is the connection to antrim?

Could MOI be the first three letters and ORE be the last three?

There was a portugese coin called a MOIDORE,hope
this helps(listed in Chambers).
