AN extract from my thread where is Les40

Hi Imagcq et al,

Thanks for your concerns folks, I have indeed been on holiday to France snowboarding. Syzzie is right that I flew to Chambery airport and stayed in La Tania in the Three Valleys Ski area near to Courchevel. So I was quite a way from you GK but i'll speak to you about that when I call you my friend. I was a bit busy the week running up to my departure on 8th March so I kinda went quiet but[B] I'm back on board (pardon the pun) and will contact AB soon with the wordplay emails from the last JE and I'll be getting the next one going later next week cus I go in for my op on Wednesday 26th and will have some recuperation time at home and that will give me some time to get it together[B]
Great holiday though with every day having blue skys and the snow conditions were superb so a real lucky week to pick. Never realised how expensive Courchevel was, it's a rich persons playground with vastly overpriced restaurants (my friend paid 17 Euros for a pint in one place) but La Tania was reasonable and we could get a decent meal for about 10-12 Euros. I did find out that the Beckhams were there a couple of weeks ago looking at a £80,000,000 property and Courchevel has it's own little airport for private light aircraft and helicopters where all the rich and famous fly directly in. It's the ski resort that Abramovich tried buying from the French government and they told him to knob-off, not surprising really when we worked out that the Three valleys must be taking £125,000,000 per week in ski-passes alone and that's without all the commerce and retail takings for the area.
I did fly back to Manchester last night but my pal's car battery was flat when we came to start it so had to get airport mechanic to come and start us up on the car park which took him nearly 2 hours to get to us (less than a mile away) so only got in late last night but I'm back on with stuff now.

Cheers Les40

Cheers guys.
They've kept me in overnight and it's hard to sleep (3:00am now) but I'm going home in the morning. They've signed me off work for two weeks so I'll be prolific on the forum again soon. Plenty to sort out andI promise me and AB will have the wordplay for thelast JE sorted (me dragging my heels I'm afraid)
We'll get the next one up and running too. I'm struggling to type using the phone so I'll check back in tomoz. Hope you're all ok. Les40.
Oh, I still havee my own testicles but they are kinda ssore now. However, I shall be back firing on all cylinders soon. (No offence intended, I'm just making loght humour of my situation).
