Im not at all sure these are correct but if so can anyone help with the parsing, (or give corrections).....

Love, when filling in visa to find a quiet spot (5) - OASIS (Quiet spot) If 'Love' = O why is 'Visa' = ASIS?

18d. State body cut up about end of taxation (7) - MONTANA (State)

21d. Stuttering start for US bank after note put out (6) - MIFFED? (Put out)

12a. Spout about Russian revolution, overwhelming a specialist interpreter (3,6) - LIP READER (Specialist interpreter) I assume 'Russian' = RED but that leaves LIP and READ.

5d. Take care of tips, something awarded over years (6) - OCCUPY (Take) f 'Something awarded' = CUP + Y(ears), where does the OC come from?
