So often I have made silly spelling mistakes and last points so like you I check and re-check.

Hello everyone. Just logged in last night to find lots of clues. A great help thanks. There is one I am particularly stuck with - (38) Brilliant role - but it was only average in the beginning (4,4). Can anyone help please?

.... And another one puzzling me. No.85 - Slipshod error in type brought about a range of parts for the company (9). Any clues would be great please?

Re 85.this is an anagram of 2nd and 4th words and 38
What shines brilliantly for 1st word and a role is a .... in the play of film, but the 1st 3 letters are a 3 letter word for average
