I could see it was probably an anagram of eggs and ts eliot but couldn't get there as hadn't heard of this particular piece

Also, hadn't heard of 21a either

Blow me! Was stuck on 21ac, and went to read a Bill Bryson book instead. On the first page, he talked about the Opies, collectors of nursery rhymes.
