I need some help with the parsing for these.....

20a. Sports bags have places for pockets with rubbish - SWEATPANTS (Sports bags) I can see 'Rubbish' = PANTS but how is 'Places for Pockets' SWEAT?

10d. Female who's unpleasant - and smart - twice taking one for a ride - BIG DIPPER (Ride)

25d. One's grand airs punctuated by sharp depressions? - PIANIST? (One's Grand)

Twice take one (I) for (A) - in other words, swap A for I gives BIG DIPPER = ride
