Good morning folks and a very merry Christmas to you all.

This is the grid that's been so secretive over the last few weeks, this has never been done before so I hope you like the concept (although you'll probably hate me at first) Plenty to go at over the festivities.

If anyone is having trouble understanding the preamble, please don't hesitate to ask, however, I feel it will all become clear once you've got your heads around the initial formula of how it works.

Also, please let me know of any mistakes and I will try and rectify them.

Other than that, I hope it gives you as much of a nightmare as it has me... Only kidding!

Feedback is most welcome.

Had a quick look on my phone Les, tremendous idea. I still can't link my phone to my printer so I'm not due to get a hard copy until Saturday when I visit friends. Don't think I can wait until then, out with the ruler, I'll make a grid and copy the clues on blank paper!

No probs Ginge. you could actually do it backwards without using the grid if you concentrate on the Phase Two clues cus you don't need the grid for them really

I've sent a copy to everyone's email to save and make it easier to print off.

Goodnight all

This looks daunting but fun. I'll try to hide from my guests every now and then.
One thing: In my 39a it's "Deployment" (singular).
