the young racers answer is GRACE couch potato, the g from young combined with race from racers

Also Drogba answer is saDDle, so guess you've a couple wrong around those ones

Ok, made saddle fit, but it knocks out what I had for \"a useful tool in 48 across\". 48 across I had SAND (question was Filling for a military shelter, I was guessing SAND as in sandbags etc.

The other answer \"green\" still baffles me, as I think I am correct with Pierre (that\'s what gives the E in the middle) First for IOC\'s aristocratic founder. Thanks for your help

I think you are right with green - green as in young, tender and green as in racing colour

Hate to do this but I think it might be race - as in the song Limerick Races. Which wouldl mean your i is wrong! x
